Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you don't — that's okay, we've got you covered.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange. No questions asked.
How to return
- Email us at runnerplush@gmail.com with your order number
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original condition
- Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- We cover return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or wrong
Refund method
Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid by card, your bank may take a few extra days to process it — that's normal and out of our hands.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping carriers
We work with trusted international postal and logistics services including USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and local last-mile carriers depending on your destination. Your tracking link will show which carrier is handling your parcel.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email as soon as your package ships. You can track your order in real time through the carrier's website or via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Most orders arrive without additional charges, but we cannot guarantee this for all destinations.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at runnerplush@gmail.com within 14 days. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund.
